Are you passionate about driving sales, delivering standout designs, and leading estimating excellence for high-profile landscape enhancement projects?

Requirements: This role requires travel throughout the Los Angeles area to coordinate with our client company branch locations and their commercial clients:·

10+ years experience in landscape estimating, enhancement design and proposals development· Bachelor’s in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or related field preferred · Proven team collaboration and client-facing communication skills

As the Landscape Enhancement Manager, drive revenue and client satisfaction by managing the design, development, and bidding of commercial landscape projects across the company.·

Lead enhancement sales

efforts, design and estimating process·

Mentor junior staff and account managers

in identification of enhancement opportunities·

Collaborate with branch and account managers to improve proposal turnaround time and success rate
