The Opportunity

Are you a Senior System Engineer or Tier 3 Tech who feels hit by a "glass ceiling" at a large MSP? Complete IT is an established Managed Service Provider with a

17-year track record

of excellence in the Los Angeles area. We are looking for an ambitious "Technical Operations Lead" to take the reins of our day-to-day service delivery and infrastructure projects.

As the owner shifts focus to high-level strategy, you will become the primary technical face of a company that has been "battle-tested" for nearly two decades.

The Role

This is a "player-coach" position. You will manage our technical team and oversee the completion of high-profile infrastructure projects, including a major new office build for a premier long-term client.

Technical Lead:

Serve as the final escalation point for Windows Server, Active Directory, M365, and Entra ID. Infrastructure Architect:

Take ownership of

Ubiquiti UniFi

deployments for new/current office builds (VLANs, Firewall, AP Heat-mapping). Industry Expert:

Support and maintain various

Practice Management Software

suites, ensuring our professional-services clients remain operational. Operations Manager:

Oversee ticket flow and quality control for our internal staff and contract technicians. Growth Partner:

Identify opportunities for new

clients/opportunities

and share in the revenue growth.

The Requirements

3+ Years of MSP Experience:

You understand the multi-tenant environment and the urgency of client SLAs. Ubiquiti Proficiency:

Experience deploying and managing the UniFi ecosystem (UDM, Switches, APs). Microsoft Stack:

Expert-level knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, M365, and Entra ID. Cloud&Virtualization:

Azure experience is a significant plus. Project Mindset:

Ability to coordinate office moves, new builds, and infrastructure upgrades. Hybrid Remote:

Mostly remote but will require some onsite at client locations.
