Responsibilities
Engage with homeowners in person to set qualified appointments
Educate on the benefits of going solar and pre-qualify interest
Use CRM tools and scripts to stay organized and consistent
Follow up with leads and update pipeline notes
Work closely with closers and sales consultants
Qualifications
High school diploma required; bachelors preferred
Previous sales or appointment setting experience a plus
Excellent people skills and natural charisma
Tech-friendly (Zoom, CRM, online scheduling)
Self-motivated and quick to adapt
