Randstad is looking for a sharp, proactive Administrative Assistant to join a fast-paced team right here in Louisville. As the "Director of First Impressions" and the backbone of the office, you will handle the logistics that allow our leadership team to focus on growth. - 2+ years of administrative or office support experience in a professional corporate environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, and Outlook are daily essentials)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

- Manage the front office flow, including greeting guests, handling multi-line phone systems, and coordinating incoming/outgoing mail.
- Assist department heads with calendar management, meeting preparation, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems, ensuring all company records are organized and easily accessible.
- Assist with internal event planning (from team lunches to client presentations) and help prepare monthly reports using the MS Office Suite.
- Keep the office "mission-ready" by monitoring inventory and ordering supplies before they run out.
