Customer Service Representative, Louisville, KY

The Customer Service Rep is responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound phone calls from/to patients, caregivers and providers and provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller.  Must be able to work 100% Onsite during the 6-8 weeks of training (hours 8 am - 4:30 pm.  Once successful completion of training you will be able to work from home.  Schedules 10:30 am - 7:00 pm or 11:30 am - 8 pm.   Qualifications:

• Previous call center experience preferred.
• Previous healthcare experience desired
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Able to type 35 wpm or greater.
• Pharmacy Board Technician Registration required either before or on the first day of employment.
• Possible conversion to FTE is available.

salary: $16 - $17 per hour

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound phone calls to/from patients, caregivers, and providers.
• Provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller.
• Provide accurate information to the caller.
• Process refills and schedule shipments for patients or providers.
• Resolve the callers’ needs.
• Provide appropriate follow-up and next steps for the caller.
• Follow Cover My Meds policies and procedures.
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule.
• Training will be onsite from 8am-430pm for the first 6-8 weeks. Monday-Friday.
• This is a hybrid position. If requirements are not met consistently, you may be brought back onsite.
