What You'll Own
Lead field teams delivering
fiber & structured cabling installations
in live data centers
Act as the
go-to expert
for fiber (OTDR/OLTS testing, installs, QA/QC)
Support
AI-driven data center builds, retrofits, and upgrades
Oversee
quality, compliance, and execution
across multiple project streams
Mentor and develop
L1/L2 engineers

What You Bring
5+ years in
data centers / fiber / structured cabling
Proven experience with
OTDR & OLTS testing at scale
Strong background in
fiber, rack & stack, network hardware
Experience leading teams in
live, critical environments
