As an

Assembly Technician , you will be responsible for assembling automotive parts while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and productivity. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a team-oriented environment and are comfortable with repetitive, detail-focused tasks. Key Responsibilities

Assemble automotive components using hand tools and fixtures Follow standardized work instructions to ensure accurate production Perform in-process

quality inspections

to meet company standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation Meet daily production goals in a fast-paced environment Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures Report any defects, equipment issues, or concerns to leadership Qualifications

Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred (automotive a plus) Strong

hand-eye coordination

and manual dexterity Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Ability to lift up to

35 lbs

Job Type&Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shelbyville, IL. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.35 - $19.35/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
