Job Description

The General Labor position is primarily based in manufacturing facilities and involves various hands-on tasks essential to daily operations. Working under direct supervision, this role requires flexibility to assist across multiple functions including machine operation and quality control. Standard shift work is expected with no travel requirements. Opportunities exist for growth through on-the-job training and advancement into supervisory roles.

Responsibilities Perform manual labor tasks to support manufacturing operations Load and unload materials safely and efficiently Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow Package products accurately and securely Operate machinery following safety protocols Float between departments as needed to support various areasMaintain quality standards through routine inspection and control

Preferred Qualifications Entry-level experience in general labor roles Awareness of safety protocols and procedures Strong teamwork skills to work effectively with others Effective time management to meet work demands Attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy Clear communication skillsBasic problem-solving abilities

You must have transportation because the shifts do not work with public transportation.
