responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and direct all project activities, effectively managing budgets, schedules, tools, and staff while reallocating funding as needed.

• Enforce the System Safety Process among employees and contractors to guarantee a safe working environment focused on a Zero Harm culture.

• Lead planning meetings, deliver detailed status presentations to complex stakeholders, and provide clear written and oral project reports.

• Actively develop collaborative partnerships with project teams, plant staff, vendors, and external customers to foster teamwork and maximize customer satisfaction.

• Supervise up to two direct reports by overseeing their professional performance plans, while also providing guidance, training, and mentorship to other project managers.
