Front Desk Representative
Candlewood Suites - Louisville Fair/Expo is seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Front Desk representative.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out.
Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally
Manage reservations and maintain accurate guest records
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction
Handle guest complaints or issues, escalating when necessary
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Process payments and handle cash transactions securely
Requirements
Prior experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation software a plus
Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail
Ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
