Description

Job Duties
Coordinates clerical and administrative reporting requirements.
Prepares reports utilizing a computer terminal and various software programs to electronically retrieve, create, review, maintain database records, format, transmit, finalize, print and save documents.
Establishes controls and suspense dates and follows up on suspense actions to ensure required action and responses are made within deadlines.
Prepares and enters training information into financial system and notifies supervisor and employees on status of training requests.
Maintains Government Training VISA Card for the branch.
Assures credit card purchases are in accordance with regulatory and procedural guidelines.
Assists in monitoring the operating budget.
Assists in pulling reports for training, awards, and miscellaneous reports.
Serves as back-up timekeeper.
