Hiring Immediately– Warehouse Inventory Control Clerk – Jeffersonville, IN:

Inergroup is hiring immediately for a Warehouse Inventory Control Clerk job in Jeffersonville, IN. As an Inventory Control Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring inventory levels are consistent with company standards, and providing support for warehouse operations. Weekly pay starting at $21/hr and great benefits available.

Responsibilities:

Perform regular inventory counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy. Record and maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions, including receipts, shipments, and returns. Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager. Assist in the receiving and inspection of incoming goods to verify accuracy and quality.Ensure proper storage and labeling of inventory items to facilitate easy identification and retrieval. Coordinate with purchasing, production, and shipping departments to manage inventory flow. Utilize inventory management software to update and track inventory levels. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and overages.Prepare and maintain reports on inventory levels, usage, and discrepancies. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

At least 2 years experience in inventory control Cycle counting experience Proven experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related field. Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and practices.
