Key Responsibilities (Finance Manager):

Partner with business leaders to provide financial analysis and strategic decision-making support

Lead preparation and review of financial reporting and account reconciliations

Support budgeting, forecasting, and annual financial planning activities

Analyze financial trends, operational performance, and business metrics to identify opportunities and risks

Qualifications (Finance Manager):

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required

CPA or equivalent certification preferred

5+ years of relevant finance or accounting experience preferred
