We have fun and have a 'work hard, play hard' mentality. Located in Louisville, KY centrally in the Hikes Point Neighborhood, I need a Rainmaker! In the business world, a "Rainmaker" is an individual who generates high amounts of revenue for an organization by bringing new customers and new leads to the company. This is a sales role, you talk on the phone, text, email, and speak face to face so if the thought of that makes you cringethen this isn't for you. And because this is a sales-focused position, our conversations are needs-based, meaning we are not talking to customers about products they do not need or overselling. We get to know all of our customers on an individual basis and based on those conversations we find solutions that fit their needs and concerns. Everyone has to have insuranceand it's not one size fits all.Qualities in a Rainmaker: Highly motivated. Able to work independently and as a team. Effective time management. Enjoys problem-solving. Detail-oriented. High level of integrity. Effective critical and analytical skills. Desire to continuously improve knowledge/skills. Insurance experience not required. Sales experience preferred. Must be coachable. Must be willing to become licensed. Hourly + commission, PTO, paid holidays, Monday-Friday, licensing&training reimbursement. Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year. This employment opportunity is with a State Farm agent, not with State Farm Insurance companies and requires the successful completion of licensing requirements to solicit and service State Farm products.
