As a Quality Control Inspector at Mainstream, you will constantly verify that mission-critical parts are being produced that meet or exceed required tolerances and standards. Responsible to perform first piece, in-process, and final inspections of parts that are produced from our various manufacturing departments (waterjet, milling, turning)Will work with a team of Quality Control Technicians and Department Leads to coordinate a smooth and efficient flow of work that maximizes production Must be able to read and understand drawings and use that ability in determining if a part being inspected passes or fails Ability to use standard measurement devices (ID/OD micrometers, pin gauges, calipers, depth micrometers, comparators, etc.)Documents inspection results by completing inspection reports/forms Must possess a working knowledge of GD&T Ability to prioritize jobs and multi-task when needed Experience with Hexagon CMM, Absolute Arms, or FARO arms is a plus CAD/CAM experience is a plus Prior machining experience is a plus Experience with ISO:9001 and AS9100 standards is a plus Company Description Mainstream Precision CNC Machining and Manufacturing is a rapidly expanding company located in Loveland, OH.We produce precision parts for aerospace, defense, power generation, alternative energy, and customized equipment sectors.
