We're a growing local media company expanding across Northern Colorado, and we're looking for a Sales Manager to play a key role in that growth.
This is a hands-on, relationship-driven position focused on connecting with local businesses, identifying opportunities, and building meaningful partnerships across print, digital, and community-based platforms.
The role is centered on proactive outreach and consistent engagement—meeting business owners where they are, understanding their goals, and introducing thoughtful ways to help them reach and grow their audience.

What You'll Do
Drive new business through consistent outreach (in-person, email, and phone)
Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and community partners
Identify and pursue advertising and partnership opportunities across print, digital, and events
Present offerings in a clear, compelling, and tailored way
Follow up on leads, proposals, and ongoing conversations to move opportunities forward
Stay active in the community to build visibility and generate new connections
Track outreach, pipeline, and deals in a clear and organized manner
Collaborate internally to ensure campaigns and partnerships are executed effectively
