Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer emails, live chats, and calls within response time goals (typically 1-2 minutes for chat). Handle order issues, returns, refunds, product questions, and technical support. Use our CRM tools (like Zendesk or similar) to log interactions, update orders, and track resolutions. Escalate complex issues to supervisors or technical teams as needed. Meet daily/weekly metrics for response volume, satisfaction scores (CSAT >95%), and resolution rates. Provide upsell opportunities during interactions to boost sales. Requirements: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Comfortable with computers; basic proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. Reliable high-speed internet (min 50 Mbps download), quiet workspace, and Windows/Mac computer with webcam.
