Our direct client, the State of Wisconsin (DOT), seeks a Java Developer IV resource (contract). Here is a quick rundown of the position:
ROLE TITLE: Java Developer IV
MAXIMUM RATE: Around $65/hour, depending on experience and match to the role.
START / END: 07/07/25 to 6/30/26, with a good possibility of a multi-year extension. The state cannot post any job beyond the end of the current fiscal year (6/30/2025 in this case). So, while many/most jobs at the state can/do run multi-year, they are all capped at the current fiscal year to start.
WORK ARRANGEMENT:
60% Remote. This position can be worked remotely 60% of the time (3 days per week), but work must be performed from within Wisconsin. The candidate would cover travel for on-site work.
Relocation is allowed. Must be relocated by the start date.
