Title: Application Developer

Location: Northeast Region (Onsite)

Description:

• We are seeking a skilled Application Developer to design, build, and support scalable web-based applications across both the frontend and backend.

• The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of backend development using object-oriented programming and microservices, as well as proficiency in building interactive user interfaces.

• This role includes integrating data systems, implementing performance optimizations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and deploying applications to cloud environments.

• The developer will follow agile methodologies and participate actively in the full development cycle to ensure delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Required Skills:

• At least 3 years of experience in both backend and frontend development

• Hands-on experience developing RESTful services and microservices

• Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases and data access frameworks

• Experience with event-driven messaging architectures

• Proficient in implementing performance optimizations including caching strategies

• Strong command of modern web technologies and component-based frontend frameworks

• Understanding of UI/UX best practices, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility

• Experience deploying applications to public cloud platforms

• Working knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools

• Experience with automated pipelines and version control systems

• Skilled in writing and maintaining automated tests across application layers

• Ability to follow agile workflows and collaborate across departments

• Strong debugging, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities

Desired Skills:

• Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders and team members

• Experience participating in agile ceremonies like sprint planning and retrospectives

• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Compensation:

Pay Range: $63000K-$90000K
