Description

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications.

Guide the development team to ensure best coding practices.

Drive the successful delivery of projects.

Collaborate with business analysts and product owners.

Ensure code quality, maintainability, and security.

Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of developers, providing guidance on architecture and design.

Implement scalable, high-performance applications using backend technologies.

Develop and maintain APIs and Microservices.

Optimize performance and scalability using caching mechanisms.

Deploy applications on cloud platforms with CI/CD pipelines.

Mentor junior developers and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field.

5 years of development experience including backend and frontend technologies.

1 year of leading a team of developers.

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Ability to work in Agile environments and adapt to fast-changing requirements.
