work hours: 7 AM - 5 PM
education: High School Responsibilities Quality Inspector for Medical Device manufacturer located in Bucks County - Perform dimensional and visual inspections on machined parts, implants, and sub-assemblies using hand tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, thread gauges) and automated equipment - Ensure all manufacturing processes adhere to ISO 13485 and cGMP - Maintain impeccable records using GDP - Identify, segregate, and document non-conforming materials. Assist engineering teams in root cause investigations The essential functions of this role include:
