Project Engineer – Structural Design

We are seeking a motivated and career-driven Structural Project Engineer to join our growing Philadelphia-area team. This role is ideal for an individual looking to further develop technical expertise while contributing to a diverse portfolio of structural projects in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

As a Project Engineer, you will be engaged across all phases of project delivery—from design through construction support—working closely with senior engineers and project managers. This position provides strong exposure to structural design, coordination, and field-related activities, along with long-term growth potential.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (Structural emphasis) or Architectural Engineering
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification required
• 3+ years of structural design experience

• Working knowledge of Revit
• Experience with ETABS or comparable structural analysis software

• Self-motivated with a strong desire to grow technically
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communicator with solid organizational skills

• Structural design of steel, cast-in-place concrete, and precast systems
• Preparation of structural calculations, drawings, and construction documents
• Construction administration including shop drawing review and field observations
• Code research and interpretation of applicable building/structural requirements
• Support of project coordination from design through construction phases
• Assistance with structural condition assessments and restoration engineering
• US citizen or green card a must.
