Job Summary Responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations and product finishing activities through receiving, storing, moving, picking, packing, inspecting, and shipping materials and products. Will help ensure finished products meet required specifications and quality standards while maintaining inventory accuracy, warehouse organization, and safe, efficient material flow across the business.Primary Responsibilities Perform product finishing activities and inspect finished products prior to shipment to ensure items meet required specifications and quality standards. Identify and report defects, inconsistencies, or other quality concerns to management.

- 60% Pick, pull, stage, pack, label, and prepare materials or products for shipment or internal use based on work orders, packing lists, and shipping requirements. Ensure items are packaged accurately and prepared in accordance with company standards.

- 15% Receive incoming shipments, inspect materials for accuracy and damage, unload deliveries, and store materials in designated warehouse locations. Maintain proper documentation and help ensure all incoming inventory is properly handled and organized.

- 10% Support inventory control through counting, restocking, cycle counts, organization, and discrepancy reporting. Help maintain accurate inventory records and ensure materials are stored in a logical and accessible manner.

- 5% Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following company procedures, State and Federal safety standards, and equipment guidelines.

- 5% Perform other duties, as assigned.

Minimum Requirements Education - High School Diploma or GED Experience - Experience working in a warehouse setting or other related experience Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Knowledge of general warehouse operations and safe material handling practices

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Comfortable with hands-on material handling to finish products

Ability to accurately pick, pack, count, receive, and move materials

Ability to maintain organized inventory and warehouse storage areas

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Ability to identify issues and escalate discrepancies, damage, or safety concerns appropriately

Ability to manage time and maintain productivity in a physically active environment

Physical Demands Will consistently lift, push, and pull up to 20-30 pounds on a frequent basis with up to 50 pounds on occasion. Will consistently be standing, bending, squatting, stooping, and reaching for extended periods of time. Job Information Schedule:
