Personal Lines Account Manager/CSR
Wood Insurance is looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager/CSR to join their team in Lynn, MA.
Schedule: In-person Monday-Friday 9-5pm

Supportive training provided
Starting pay: $25/Hr.
Skills Required:
Proficient in Microsoft Office & Adobe Acrobat
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multi-task & prioritize
Responsibilities:
Greet walk in clients and answer phone inquiries
Resolve client's concerns and issues effectively & efficiently
Review and recommend insurance coverages for clients
Maintain complete and accurate files in our agency management system
Process quotations, binders and endorsements for all client business
