Dispatcher
Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, operates a base radio station by dispatching ambulance and wheelchair personnel to emergent or nonemergent situations and/or requests for assistance and/or transport and by monitoring all radio traffic for designated frequencies as well as through multiple phone lines.
The dispatcher is the hub of communication for ambulance and wheelchair van transports.

This role is an onsite position and will report onsite daily as scheduled.
This role requires for you to be located within a commutable distance of our office location listed below: Texas: Lubbock
Flexible and available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled, based on departmental needs and operational requirements.
Work Status Available: Full time
Shift Available: Night
Required Qualifications:
Driving may be necessary as part of this role.
Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving.
Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.

1 year experience working in a customer service related environment.
1 year dispatch experience, preferably with Security, Law Enforcement or Military Police.
Preferred Qualifications:
Coursework/Training: 30 hours or more of higher education coursework.
Coursework/Training: Documented customer service training.
