Short Job Description The ideal Padding Machine Operator is responsible for operating a padding machine on pipeline projects and wind farms accross the U.S. No experience necessary. We will train the right applicant. Extensive travel required. Responsibilities Operate padding machine in a safe and productive manner Perform machine daily maintenance Prepare machine for transport Coordinate with EVP of Padding Operations to ensure successful completion of projects Requirements Valid driver’s license Reliable pickup truck Basic hand tools Must pass drug screening, physical, and background check Must be 23 years of age or older per insurance requirements.
