Job Title: Project Manager Job Description We are seeking an experienced On-Site Project Manager to lead the field execution of hyperscale data center projects in Spur and Haskell, TX. This role requires a full-time on-site presence and involves being the point of accountability for day-to-day construction operations.Responsibilities Lead on-site execution of large-scale data center construction. Manage the schedule, subcontractors, and daily site operations. Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met. Coordinate closely with the design team, client, and inspectors. Drive subcontractor performance and hold teams accountable to milestones.Lead site meetings, progress reporting, and issue resolution. Manage RFIs, change orders, and field coordination. Identify and mitigate risks impacting the schedule or budget. Essential Skills 8–15+ years of construction project management experience. Strong familiarity in mission-critical, data center, or large industrial builds.Experience managing large-scale, fast-track projects. Proven leadership on-site with the ability to drive teams and hold accountability. Strong working knowledge of scheduling, cost controls, and field coordination. Comfortable operating in a high-visibility, high-demand client environment. Work EnvironmentThis position requires a full-time presence on-site in Spur, TX or Haskell, TX. The project involves the construction of ground-up hyperscale data centers, with two buildings per site, each approximately 805,000 square feet and 204 MW per building. The construction timeline spans from July 2026 to December 2028.Job Type&Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spur, TX. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100.00 - $120.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
