About the Role:
As our
Office Manager
, you'll be the backbone of our office, making sure everything is organized, efficient, and ready to go.
You'll help our team stay on top of things by:
Managing day-to-day office activities and keeping everything running smoothly.
Overseeing customer service processes, answering calls and emails professionally.
Handling supply budgets and making sure the office is a welcoming and safe environment.
Leading administrative functions, including payroll and invoicing, while supporting special projects.
What You'll Need:
We're looking for someone who:
Has experience managing an office in a commercial environment.
Is detail-oriented, organized, and good at multitasking.
Can handle tasks with accuracy and loves to solve problems.
Is comfortable using Microsoft Office and Windows PCs.
Communicates clearly and works well under pressure.
Your Impact:
You'll play a key role in keeping our customers happy by:
Making sure their needs are met from the first call to the final invoice.
Overseeing relationships with subcontractors.
Helping our team grow by hiring the best and making sure our people are trained, motivated, and performing at their best.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5years of previous office management experience required.
Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma.
Ability to pass pre-employment drug and background checks.
