Snelling Staffing is actively recruiting an Accounting Assistant for a respected client in Lubbock.

Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Support daily accounting operations including data entry, reconciliations, and recordkeeping Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation and filing Assist with invoice processing, payment tracking, and account updates Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed Communicate professionally with internal staff and external vendors/customers
Minimum 1+ year of experience in accounting support, bookkeeping, or A/PA/R roles Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping practices Proficiency in QuickBooks (required) Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word (required) High attention to detail with strong data entry accuracy Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities Dependable, professional, and able to handle sensitive financial information Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in an office setting
