Customer Service & Warehouse Support Professional
We are seeking a dependable, customer-focused Customer Service & Warehouse Support professional to support daily operations through excellent service, accurate order handling, and hands-on warehouse work.
This temp-to-hire position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, understands warehouse processes, and is comfortable using hand tools.

Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone
Resolve customer concerns, collaborate with internal departments, and ensure timely order fulfillment
Assist with order processing, quotes, and product support
Pull, stage, and organize inventory using scanning systems with strong attention to detail
Load and unload trucks and trailers; secure materials for safe transport
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (training and certification provided)
Use hand and pneumatic tools to replace or change components as needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Cross-train and support additional duties as assigned
Adhere to health, safety, and attendance guidelines
Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills
Warehouse experience and ability to perform physical work
Comfortable using hand tools and willing to learn new skills
Reliable, motivated, and interested in growth opportunities
High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate s degree preferred
2+ years of sales experience required
Basic mechanical skills and prior forklift operation experience preferred
Commercial (heavy-duty) truck parts knowledge preferred

Valid driver s license with a good driving record required
