The Electrical Instructor will lead technical and vocational education for small groups of corporate trainees and students, focusing on extensive hands-on workshops. This role involves partial responsibility for curriculum development, instruction delivery, and ensuring adherence to industry safety standards to prepare students for professional excellence in electrical systems.

Responsibilities Develop and update comprehensive electrical curricula tailored for small classes Deliver engaging instruction combining theory and extensive hands-on training Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback Implement and enforce safety training protocols aligned with industry standardsEvaluate overall program effectiveness and suggest improvements Maintain current knowledge of electrical industry standards and practices
