Press Brake Operator - 1st shift Details: Temp-to-Hire position $18.00 to $27.00 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 05:00am to 03:00pm)Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and form metal parts to required specifications Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders Select proper tooling, dies, and machine settings for each job Measure and inspect finished parts using calipers, gauges, and other precision toolsAdjust machine settings to maintain accuracy and meet tolerance requirements Perform first-piece and in-process quality checks Load and unload raw materials and finished parts safely Maintain production schedules and meet daily output goals Perform routine machine maintenance and report mechanical issuesFollow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area Press Brake Operator - 1st shift Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required 1–3+ years of press brake or metal fabrication experience preferred Experience working with CNC-controlled press brake machinery is a plusAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents Strong math skills and understanding of measurements and tolerances Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
