QA (Quality Assurance) Inspector, Warner Robins

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for performing final inspection to provide authorization to ship.
Responsible for identifying and recording any product quality problem.
Provide training or directions for production associates.
Initiating and/or making suggestions to improve working processes or product.
Set-up and/or organize QC work stations and receiving quarantine area.
Reviewing and auditing of quality records and manufacturing processes.
Maintain inspection and test records.
Assist in investigations of process related quality issues, writing of Corrective Action Reports.
Perform routine quality audits.
First Article report generation.
Additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills

Ability to learn Good Manufacturing Practices.
Demonstrated proficiency utilizing inspection tools (i.e. caliper, micrometer, digital multimeter, hipot tester, continuity tester.)
Ability to perform activities in support of product development, administration and manufacturing.
Knowledge of statistical analysis tools.
3 years' experience in similar role.
Must be able to stand on feet for 8-hour workdays, lift 30 lbs, and have excellent vision with good attention to details.
Education

High School Diploma
Educational knowledge of electronics is a must
Work Hours

3 pm to 11:30 pm (2nd Shift), with some overtime and weekends required
Pay Rate

Based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
