located in Cordele, Georgia, is looking for a

Housekeeping Supervisor.

Our ideal candidate will be engaged, hands-on, and prepared to operate a "best in class" resort! The housekeeping supervisor reports directly to the Front Office Manager/Rooms Manager.

Lake Blackshear Resort has 24 Villa rooms, 10 lake cabins and 82 camp sites located on beautiful 8800-acre cypress lake with restaurant, bar, off site fitness center, conference center, marina with a lake restaurant, 18 hole-golf course designed by Denis Griffiths, fishing and more. We are managed by the Southeast's premiere hospitality management company, Coral Hospitality.

We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor.

This position promotes a positive image of the property to guests and must be pleasant, honest, friendly and should also able to address guest requests and problems. A smile is part of the uniform of all employees!

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks Oversee staff on a daily basis Check rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standardsMotivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock including floor cleaner, bleach and rubber gloves Participate in large cleaning projects as required Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

Work experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organizations Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products Excellent organizational and team management skills Stamina to handle the physical demands of the job
