Customer Service Coordinator Opportunity
Five Star Chevy has a great opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator!
Responsibilities:
Updating CSI scores daily
Communicate with clients to explain survey/review process
Act as liaison with BBB and Dealership
Reviewing all online reviews
Meet with clients to discuss concerns/issues
Keep website updated with current personnel
Report to General Manager with any concerns or issues
Other duties as assigned to assist General Manager and Sales Team
Hourly + Monthly Bonuses
Qualifications:
At least one previous role based in customer service/ Sales experience
Excellent leadership/organizational skills
Prompt and courteous demeanor
Positive and hardworking personality
Strong computer skills
Valid driver's license
