Do you enjoy helping people and providing great customer service? Qualified Staffing is seeking a customer service representative for our client in Macon, Ga. Pay: $16.00/hour Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Assignment Length: 9 Months This position requires working at multiple locations. Applicants must be able to commute to Washington, Baldwin, and Hancock Counties throughout the work week.Responsibilities:

Greet and assist program participants in a professional and friendly manner Schedule and manage appointments Answer incoming phone calls and emails Verify and update participant information Explain program benefits, services, and procedures Maintain accurate records and documentation Support case management and eligibility processesAssist with outreach activities and participant communications Monitor assigned reports and caseload activities Help ensure smooth daily clinic operations Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience preferred Must have previous experience working in medical office Must have experience with Word, Outlook, Excel Professional and friendly demeanor Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a teamWhy work for Qualified Staffing?
