Sheet Metal Construction Project Manager, Dowtown Carrier Annex

Summary We are seeking a Sheet Metal Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate projects from pre-installation through execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage both administrative and field-facing responsibilities while ensuring project readiness and successful delivery. The Project Manager will be based onsite at a warehouse and office facility near LAX and will act as a key liaison between internal teams and field operations. This is a long-term opportunity with an expected duration of 2–3 years . Duties&Responsibilities• Project Coordination&Execution Oversee project activities from planning through installation readiness Ensure all products and materials are properly prepared and ready for installation Coordinate timelines and workflows to meet project deadlines• Contract&Administrative Management Manage and track project-related contracts and documentation Handle administrative responsibilities including project records, scheduling, and reporting Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up to date• Site&Field Coordination Act as the primary liaison between the warehouse, office, and job sites Communicate with field teams to ensure alignment on schedules, materials, and project requirements Address and resolve issues that may impact installation or project timelines• Operational Support Support day-to-day operations within the warehouse and project environment Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential risks or delays Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient project execution Qualifications&Requirements• Required Experience in project management within construction or related industries Background in civil, metal work, sheet metal, or architectural projects Strong organizational and administrative skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate between teams and job sites Self-motivated with a proactive, problem-solving mindset • Location&Work Requirements Must be local to Los Angeles, CA Ability to work onsite near LAX (warehouse office environment) Comfortable working in a combination of office and operational/warehouse settings
