Are you a a machine operator and tired of triving to Nashville. We are seeking a detail-oriented Machine Operator to join the unitread production team. The ideal candidate will set up, operate, and monitor equipment to produce compliant components per product specifications. This role emphasizes quality, safety, teamwork, and a continuous improvement mindset. We are looking forward to hearing from you. salary: $17.49 - $17.5 per hour
shift: Second
work hours: 2 PM - 10:30 PM
education: High School Responsibilities Manually load raw materials (rubber compounds, pigments, or fabrics) into machines and remove finished or semi-finished goods.
Visually inspect products for defects and use basic measuring tools to ensure parts meet technical specifications.
Identify and report machine malfunctions or quality issues to the Team Lead or Maintenance department.
Maintain accurate production logs, recording output quantities, scrap rates, and machine downtime.
Follow all safety protocols, including the use of PPE (gloves, safety glasses, etc.), and maintain a clean, organized workspace. The essential functions of this role include:
