Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required.

Desired Qualifications:
Valid state certification in Special Education (or eligibility to obtain)
Previous experience working with students with diverse learning needs
Ability to develop and adapt Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
Strong communication and collaboration skills with colleagues, families, and administrators
Commitment to fostering inclusive educational environments
Relevant degree in Special Education or related field
Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored instruction to meet the unique needs of students with disabilities
Develop, implement, and review IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed
Maintain accurate documentation of student performance and special education compliance
Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development
Collaborate with paraprofessionals and related service providers to maximize student success
