Perform general construction labor duties.
Collaborate with landscape crews to move materials efficiently.
Read and interpret tape measures accurately.
Lift materials weighing over 50 pounds regularly.
Essential Skills
1+ years of experience in construction labor or landscaping.
Valid driver's license and personal transportation.
Proficiency in reading a tape measure.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with landscaping and lawn care.

Work Environment
You will work on commercial job sites in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.
As a part of a small family-owned business with ***** total employees, you will work in crews of 2-4 depending on the project.
The work attire includes steel toe boots and pants.
Work hours are from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, starting at the shop before heading to the job site.
Employees must have their own personal hand tools such as bags, tape, and a hammer.
Personal protective equipment including a hard hat, safety glasses, ear protection, and a high visibility shirt/vest will be provided.

This is a Permanent position based out of Madison, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $***** - $*****/hr.
