responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of laboratory samples and standards, including receipt, login, labeling, inventory, transport, and disposal.
• Communicate sample and standard status clearly to laboratory staff while enforcing proper sample handling procedures.
• Complete lab investigation and deviation forms, determining appropriate CAPAs when required.
• Review and provide feedback on laboratory requests to ensure strict compliance with applicable SOPs.
• Respond to environmental unit alarms and participate in essential on-call responsibilities.

 
qualifications:

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent vocational qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a laboratory inventory, sample handling, or pharmaceutical environment.
• Basic knowledge of inventory flow, control, and strict regulatory/sample storage requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and strong documentation skills.
• Excellent time management, problem-solving, and collaborative teamwork abilities.
