What You'll Do Assemble cooler and freezer panels in a fast-paced production environment Perform foaming, sealing, and insulation processesOperate basic sheet metal and manufacturing equipment Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy Package completed materials for shipping Follow safety standards and production guidelines What We're Looking For Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently Ability to read a tape measure (fractions&measurements required) Basic math skills Strong attendance and reliability Manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred Blueprint reading is a plus (not required) Why You'll Love This Job Competitive pay:
