The Shullsburg Area School District is currently seeking an Elementary Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year who can demonstrate the following attributes:

Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues The ideal candidate fosters a caring, inclusive classroom environment and values strong school-family communication to support student success. Commitment to meeting the diverse academic and social-emotional needs of elementary learnersExperience using data-informed instruction, differentiation, and evidence-based practices to support student growth in literacy, mathematics, and whole-child development. Willingness to contribute to a collaborative, student-centered school culture Ability to work as part of a team, participate in school initiatives, and positively contribute to the close-knit community and traditions of a small rural district.
