Job Description
* Support a Senior Superintendent on occupied hospital remodels
* Oversee daily field activities for MEP and specialty trade scopes
* Enforce safety, quality, and infection control requirements
* Coordinate subcontractors and proactively resolve issues
* Assist with schedules, inspections, and client-facing site walks

The Successful Applicant
* 3-6+ years of commercial superintendent or trade experience
* Strong understanding of MEP systems in healthcare settings
* OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 completed or willing to obtain
* Detail-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable using tools
* Able to pass background check; valid driver's license
What's on Offer
Salary range: $90,000-$120,000 base + annual bonus
* 12%-15% historical bonus, vehicle allowance + gas card
