The Maintenance Technician position responsibilities include but are not limited to: resolution of basic resident work order requests, restore vacated units to acceptable standards, maintain clean grounds and common areas and complete preventive maintenance items as scheduled.

Qualifications: Must be proficient in most areas of apartment maintenance including plumbing, electricity, painting, locks, and appliances Available for emergency calls and possible weekend hours Present a positive customer service attitude that demonstrates an understanding and sensitivity to all residentsAbility to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing HVAC Certification recommended but not required
