Join a dynamic team in a state-of-the-art facility specializing in the manufacture of high-end stainless steel kitchen appliances, including stoves, microwaves, and refrigerators. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be a versatile expert, adept in both mechanical and electrical repairs, ensuring the smooth operation of our advanced plant equipment.Responsibilities
Perform mechanical and electrical repairs, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on all plant equipment, including lasers, presses, robots, automated conveyor lines, thermo-forming machines, and foam forming machines. Conduct minor welding and fabrication tasks. Engage in electrical work, handling up to 480v and troubleshooting PLCs, primarily Allen-Bradley with some Siemens.Participate in special projects as needed. Provide your own basic tools; more expensive tools will be supplied. Contribute to maintaining a high standard of facility and machinery upkeep. Essential Skills
5 years of experience as an industrial maintenance technician. Proficiency in mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics systems. Strong skills in repair, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting. Electrical expertise, including schematic and blueprint reading. Experience with PLC troubleshooting.Additional Skills&Qualifications
