Identifies and controls non-conforming material./liliDelivery Fully proficient with all work processes, independently operating equipment to manufacture and assemble product to create the proper characteristics and dimensions necessary to meet customer expectations./liliInstructs and coaches others and acts as an informal resource for team members with less capability./liliAchieves production goals./liliWorks at the required cycle time or defined engineering standard./liliMaintains clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping tasks and machine cleaning tasks and performs planned operator care and maintenance tasks./liliRemains flexible and performs other miscellaneous duties, as required, to meet production goals./liliWorks with peers, skilled trades and support staff to maintain and identify equipment needing repair./liliTeamwork Communicates effectively with the assigned team and with all support teams./liliCompletes training and personal development in line with business requirements./liliParticipate actively in ways to improve quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development./liliEnsures accountability - Holding self and others accountable to meet commitments.
