Production Supervisor (3rd Shift)

We're partnering with a well-established dairy manufacturing facility in the Western WI area that is looking to add a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to their team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, leading teams, and driving production, quality, and safety in a fast-paced environment.What You'll Be Responsible For

Lead, coach, and develop production teams to drive shift performance Ensure compliance with GMPs, HACCP, BRC, and food safety standards Oversee daily operations across production areas including butter processing and intake Coordinate staffing and schedules to meet production demands Review production and sanitation records for accuracy and compliancePartner with leadership (Plant Manager, QA, Maintenance) to resolve issues in real time Support audits, SOP updates, and continuous improvement initiatives Approve timecards, manage attendance, and maintain accountability on the floor What We're Looking For

5+ years of leadership experience in dairy or food manufacturing Strong leadership skills

coaching, accountability, and communication Strong understanding of GMPs, HACCP, and food safety systems Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment Experience with systems like SAP, Excel, or production tracking tools is a plus Compensation&Benefits
