ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain CNC programs and macros for machining equipment

Create and manage CAD computer aided design and CAM computer aided manufacturing data and documentation

Support machine setup, tool selection, and fixture design for production processes

Train machine operators and help improve technical knowledge across the team

Evaluate and introduce new technologies to improve machining operations

Investigate production issues and implement solutions to improve performance and quality

Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and production teams to maintain equipment and meet standards

QualificationsExperience with CNC programming, G code, and machining operations

Familiarity with CAD and CAM

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing GD&T

Experience working with machining equipment, tools, and fixtures

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Degree in a related, technical field preferred

5 years of machine shop experience required
