The role of the Marketing Assistant consists of handing all areas related to marketing to attract and convert prospective investors into investors for real estate investments. This duties include, but not limited to:

• Email marketing, proactively create marketing campaigns and strategy for continuous nurturing of prospective investors into clients

• Copywriting experience, with the ability to write and create compelling PR and educational content to market to investors

• Work in partnership with the brand/content/marketing team to have consistent messaging and positioning to attract new investors

• Create and manage advertising campaigns on paid platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Google

• Hubspot expertise for investor marketing, deal tracking, automations

• LinkedIn expertise for investor attraction marketing

• Construct marketing collateral, offering memorandums, investor portal, descriptions

• Manage and handle all outreach for PR and get Smartland team on podcast, speaking, conferences

• Analytics expertise and putting in KPIs

• Manage and coordinate live investor dinners and investor meetups in different cities

• Continually look for events, sponsorship and speaker opportunities

• Ensure that our partners, prospects and customers have positive experiences at your organized events

Qualifications:

• Must be pursuing a Marketing Major or Minor
• Marketing Experience (is a PLUS but not mandatory!)
• Analytical Skills
• Professional, Friendly, Productive Office Environment

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
